OUR STORY

The photo you can see at the top of the page was of our band Manifest, the band that started this journey around 4 years ago when two of the members decided to manage the band under their own label. That small idea has now grown into what you see now. 

From humble beginnings producing music back in school with an old laptop, cheap interface and 1 microphone at our disposal, the desire for us to do something more was always there.

Since then we have produced in studios and done full-scale band productions with mixing and mastering. We mainly specialise in rock and metal productions but have worked with all genres including acoustic artists and solo singer/songwriters.

We have both been in bands since the age of around 13 and gigging since 14. Since then, we have been a part of and released multiple EPs, countless singles and have gigged up and down the country, including a two week UK tour back in 2015 as well as supporting some big names from around the world in our home town of Birmingham. 

In early 2017 we launched the record label Manifest Records with the goal of helping new bands find their feet using our knowledge and personal experience not only in performing and touring but also the marketing and recording side of things. It is important that bands have all of this on lock and under control which can be a daunting task for a new artist. 

Since its launch, our label and studio has produced countless singles and also recorded, mixed, mastered and released a handful of EPs as well as mixed songs from bands all around the world. The label records all their signed artists in house and also takes care of licensing and releasing their artists' music. Within just a few months Manifest Records had started to organise and promote local shows and book bands from around the UK and Europe to perform at these events, building a network of talented artists and promoters.

This all came to a halt when COVID came into our lives. 

But it’s 2021 and we have emerged from the embers of the recent crisis to get back to what we love doing and continue our journey as Manifest Records. Over the course of the next few months, we will be releasing an exciting range of new content across our page which we have been working on throughout lockdown. We have never been more inspired to create and collaborate, and we are dedicated to providing a bespoke service to artists ready to take the next steps in their own journey.
